We will gladly accept the return of unused items within 14 days of purchase or delivery for in-store credit. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned in their original condition with tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no stains, free from animal hair/scent, or cigarette smoke. Items returned that have been clearly worn, washed, or are in otherwise used condition will not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items, hats, or hair accessories, or gift cards. These items are considered final sale.
Returns are eligible for in-store credit only. We are not able to do exchanges at this time because of how fast items can sell out. If you’d like to exchange something, we recommend ordering the new item/size right away and initiating a return for the old item. In-store credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any item from our store.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We recognize that returns are not ideal. We will do our best to accommodate you, however in the rare occasion where we feel our policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse returns and/or charge a restocking fee.
